It takes some fishing around to find the right installer in the image (particularly if you're running 64-bit Windows—the top-level 64-bit installer may proclaim that you can't run the Boot Camp installer on your hardware, but there's another 64-bit installer in there that will happily run if you double-click it), but I'm running a MacBook 5,1 with Snow Leopard/Windows 7/Jaunty and that solved all my Windows driver issues.
